You live far away. Your parents shouldn't feel it.

Sarovan is a smart elder care service for families with parents in Guwahati. A care manager visits them every 15 days, looks after medicines and appointments, and sends every update to your phone.

A phone call can't tell you if Maa took her medicines.

You work in Bengaluru, Delhi or Pune. Your parents are at home in Guwahati. Every call ends with "we're fine", and you're never fully sure.

Sarovan gives you someone on the ground who knows your parents by name, checks on them in person, and tells you exactly what's happening.

A month with Sarovan

Your parents get a regular rhythm of care. A visit, then a call, then a visit again. Nobody goes more than a week without hearing from us.

  1. Week 1

    Home visit

Your care manager comes home, checks their health and talks through the fortnight.

    • Blood pressure
    • Oxygen
    • Sugar
  2. Week 2

    Check-in call

A proper conversation about sleep, food, mood and anything they need.

  3. Week 3

    Home visit

Readings again, so you see trends and not just one number.

    • Blood pressure
    • Oxygen
    • Sugar
  4. Week 4

    Check-in call

We confirm medicines, upcoming appointments and plan the next visit.

Twice a year, we arrange a full set of lab tests. Lab charges are paid separately.

Between visits, we handle the rest

The small jobs that pile up when you're far away. We take them off your list.

  • Medicines tracked and refilled

We keep count, reorder before they run out, and make sure the right tablets reach home.

  • Doctor appointments booked

We fix the slot, remind your parents, and share the outcome with you.

  • Help if they need hospital care

If a hospital stay is needed, we handle the admission process and insurance paperwork.

  • Updates and records on your phone

Every visit, reading, refill and report is saved in the Sarovan family app. You and any doctor can see the full picture. See a sample monthly report.

How it works

  1. Book a free call

Tell us about your parents and what worries you most.

  2. We meet them at home

Your care manager visits, gets to know them and notes their health needs.

  3. Set up the app

We add their records and medicines. You get access on your phone.

  4. Care begins

Visits, calls and updates start on a fixed schedule.

How we keep your parents safe

Letting someone into your parents' home is a big decision. Here's what you can count on.

  • The same face every visit

Your parents get one care manager who knows them. Right now, that's one of the two founders.

  • Private health records

Only the family members you add can see your parents' records in the app.

  • Nothing without your say

We check with you before ordering medicines or booking appointments.

Your care managers are the founders

We're starting small on purpose. For our first families, the two of us are the care managers. We visit your parents ourselves.

Questions families ask

Is this a nursing or home-help service?

No. We don't provide nurses, maids or full-time attendants. Sarovan is care management. We keep track of your parents' health, handle the admin, and keep you informed.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Guwahati. Wherever your parents live in the city, we'll come to them.

How much does it cost?

We have one simple monthly plan that covers all regular visits, calls and support. We'll share the price on your free call, once we understand your parents' needs.

What costs are not included?

Medicines, lab test charges, hospital bills and full-time attendants are paid separately. We arrange these for you, but the cost is yours.

How much hospital help is included?

Admission, paperwork and preparing the insurance claim are included for up to 24 hours per hospital stay, twice a year. Beyond that we charge by the hour at a rate we agree with you first, and we always tell you before we start.

What if my parent falls ill or has an emergency?

Call or WhatsApp us between 6 am and 10 pm, every day. We'll speak to your parent, contact their doctor, and handle hospital admission and insurance paperwork if it's needed. We don't run an ambulance or a 24/7 emergency line yet. In an emergency, call 108 first, then call us. Here is exactly what we do, step by step.

Can you care for a parent who is bedridden or has memory problems?

Yes, we can manage their care: health checks, medicines, doctor visits and updates to you. But we don't provide nurses or full-time attendants. If your parent needs daily hands-on care, we'll tell you honestly on the first call.

Only one of my parents lives in Guwahati. Can you help?

Yes. We care for a single parent or a couple.

My parents don't like the idea of outside help. What then?

That's common. Our first visit is just a friendly conversation. We get to know your parents first, and regular care starts only when they're comfortable with us.

Do you work with my parents' current doctor?

Yes. We book appointments with the doctors your parents already trust, and we share the doctor's advice with you after every visit. We don't offer our own doctor consultations yet.

Will you go with my parents to doctor visits?

Not as part of the regular plan. We book the appointment, remind your parents and share the doctor's advice with you. If your parent needs someone with them for an important visit, tell us and we'll try to arrange it.

Which languages do you speak?

Assamese, Hindi and English.

How will I get updates?

Through the Sarovan family app. Visit notes, health readings, refills and appointments appear there as they happen. You can add other family members too, so everyone sees the same updates. You can also call your care manager directly.

Talk to us about your parents
